Employment and Labor Ministry, ANTS Selected as youth-friendly small-strong company in 2019

ANTS Co., Ltd. selected as an excellent company in three fields: ‘wage’, ‘work life’, and ‘employment stability’

The Ministry of Employment and Labor selected and announced “2019 Youth-Friendly Strong Enterprises” with reflect youth's wishful thinking to provide excellent information to small and medium-sized enterprises. Youth-friendly small-strong company have been selecting since 2016, and information on the selected companies is provided through the WORK-NET-website. This year, considering the necessity of expanding young people's jobs, youth employment performance was added as a common indicator in addition to the standards (paid wages, balance of work and life, and employment stability) preferred by young people. The list of youth-friendly small-strong company in 2019 can be found in the Notice of the Employment and Labor Ministry. Information on youth-friendly companies such as each company wage information and work-life balance support start from January 1, 2019. It will be provided through WORK-NET-website. Priority is given to selected companies through WORK-NET, and corporate promotion is supported by using NAVER and WORK-NET that benefits are also given inquiry into company life.​
